How long does an assessment take to complete?

An average assessment takes 10 to 25 minutes. We understand that you might need more information, the candidate is long winded, or the job is highly technical, so ultimately our assessments are as long as you need but are highly effective in between 10 and 25 minutes in duration. Trust us, we know our stuff.

Does jobfitpro offer custom assessments?

Absolutely! We are totally fine with building custom assessments using our powerful software. You are the client and we want to help you get the answers you need. In addition, we are able to blend personality and related assessments into our vetting process.

How does jobfitpro score/rate candidates?

We assess and score candidates based on perceived competency, alignment to job description, cultural fit, relevant background, and non-verbals.

how much does this service cost?

We quote our clients based on number of assessments needed, time frame required, and type of assessment we have to build. But don’t worry, we are affordable for even small businesses and offer one-time, monthly, or annual agreements.

how does jobfitpro secure data?

We could answer this in fancy IT terms, but to be quite honest, if we don’t secure your data we wouldn’t be in business. We use multiple layers of security to protect data inside and out. We also never transmit data to any other person but our client.

We were built on vetting IT candidates and quickly realized that clients had other needs like engineering, medical, mechanical, sales, hospitality, hr, management, aviation, and much more. So, we came up with a process that allows us to use experts from any industry and in many languages to help vet candidates.

Does jobfitpro offer staffing?

We get this question a lot…and the short answer is no. We don’t offer staffing but instead act as the filter between the staffing company and the hiring entity. We ensure that you get more meaningful interviews and hires by ensuring capable candidates are in the pipeline.

What do clients see after an assessment?

Our clients get access to a secure site where they can view recorded video of a candidate and review our non-verbal and expert’s notes and analysis.
